Emily Matthews leads sales and operations for Lamb Communities, bringing more than 20 years of experience across manufactured housing and multifamily operations, including 17 years in leadership. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios spanning more than 6,500 homes and apartment units across 20 states, with responsibility for operational performance, occupancy growth, sales, team development and portfolio execution.

At Lamb Communities, Emily focuses on building scalable operating systems, developing strong leaders and turning strategy into consistent execution across the portfolio. She believes great teams perform best when expectations are clear, accountability is consistent and leaders are empowered to make good decisions.
