Our leadership team brings together decades of experience across manufactured housing, real estate, operations, finance and development. Different backgrounds, one shared focus: building strong communities, creating opportunities for homeownership and continuing to raise the standard for how we operate.
Todd Lamb
Todd Lamb founded Lamb Communities more than 20 years ago and has spent his career building, investing in and operating manufactured home communities across the southern United States. Since 2003, he has grown the company's portfolio to more than 4,000 home sites across five states through a hands-on approach focused on strong operations, resident stability and long-term value.
Todd has served on the Texas Manufactured Housing Association board for more than a decade, including as Chairman, and brings deep industry knowledge to every part of the business. His approach remains rooted in the same principles Lamb Communities was built on: discipline, integrity, accountability and a willingness to stay close to the business.
Burdette Huffman
Burdette Huffman serves as President and CEO of Lamb Communities, leading the company's day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. He brings more than 24 years of experience across real estate investment, development and operations, with more than $1 billion in acquisitions, dispositions, developments and joint ventures across manufactured housing, land, retail and industrial real estate.
Burdette holds an MBA from Rice University and a BA, magna cum laude, from Tulane University. He is actively involved with the Texas Manufactured Housing Association and serves as an adjunct professor of real estate at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. At Lamb Communities, his focus is on growth, solving problems and building a company positioned to create long-term value for its communities, residents, team and partners.
Emily Matthews
Emily Matthews leads sales and operations for Lamb Communities, bringing more than 20 years of experience across manufactured housing and multifamily operations, including 17 years in leadership. Throughout her career, she has overseen portfolios spanning more than 6,500 homes and apartment units across 20 states, with responsibility for operational performance, occupancy growth, sales, team development and portfolio execution.
At Lamb Communities, Emily focuses on building scalable operating systems, developing strong leaders and turning strategy into consistent execution across the portfolio. She believes great teams perform best when expectations are clear, accountability is consistent and leaders are empowered to make good decisions. Her focus is ultimately simple: build great teams, operate great communities and deliver results.
Jaden Holbrook
Jaden Holbrook leads accounting and shared services for Lamb Communities, helping build the financial systems and infrastructure needed to support the company's continued growth. Before joining Lamb Communities, he spent more than six years in public accounting working with public and private companies across a broad range of industries and complex financial matters.
Jaden holds a Master of Science in Accounting along with degrees in Accounting, Finance and Management Information Systems from Lamar University. His focus at Lamb Communities extends beyond the numbers: building strong systems, supporting the people who operate the business and creating a stable financial foundation that allows the company to scale with confidence.
