Todd Lamb

Todd Lamb founded Lamb Communities more than 20 years ago and has spent his career building, investing in and operating manufactured home communities across the southern United States. Since 2003, he has grown the company’s portfolio to more than 4,000 home sites across five states through a hands-on approach focused on strong operations, resident stability and long-term value.

Todd has served on the Texas Manufactured Housing Association board for more than a decade, including as Chairman, and brings deep industry knowledge to every part of the business. His approach remains rooted in the same principles Lamb Communities was built on: discipline, integrity, accountability and a willingness to stay close to the business.
